Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used Discovery Plumbing & Rooter several times and have been very happy with the service. The first job was very complex: The installation of new pump under the house and proper drainage to the street. The most recent job was to repair pump in the tankless water heater. Faren himself took charge of the project as it was an emergency situation.

His technician came over to do the work. Carlos was very efficient, courteous and professional. The hot water was restored immediately. I highly recommend Discovery Plumbing & Rooter and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any emergency.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Faren was very nice and professional. He arrived at our place on time and ran a camera under our main sewage pipe. During the time, he explained to me the situation that he has found and proposed solutions that could fix it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My water heater broke and they responded within 2 days on a holiday weekend. Jimmy replaced my water heater - he worked fast and was friendly and polite. Service on the phone and in person was quick and professional. New water heater is working well.
